yes, we are a factory of electric blower,rotary hammer drill and cordless tools.

2. Where is your factory?

Located in Taizhou city,Zhejiang province,Close to Ningbo and Shanghai city.

3. Any qualified certification?

Currently ,we do not have certification. if required, we can do it for you according to your orders.

4. Do you have customers? and where do they from? OEM customization available?

We have customers from India,Thailand,Indonesia,Poland,Kazakhstan and UAE etc. we OEM for their own brands. and we have our own brand with “ETPOWER”. Customization such like machine color,LOGO,color box and carton box etc.available for you.

5. What is MOQ for these tools?

Usually,if needs customization, the MOQ should be 500pcs,some special models needs 1000pcs.

6. Price higher or cheaper?

Our products quality is good. so price maybe a litter higher than normal. quality is first thing we need to take into consideration. how much discount it depends on your order quantity.

7. Production lifespan.

Normally, for our normal models, it needs about 35-45 days for bulky orders. small orders, no special needs, it takes about 20 days to get it done.

8. Ways of transportation.

Transportation varies by air,sea,express courier etc. we will calculate the best way to deliver goods to customers according to the order and customer needs.

9. Trading terms and payment terms

we accept FOB,CFR,CIF,EXW and T/T,L/C payment etc

10. After service Guarantee

for bulk orders, we usually provide some extra free spare parts according order quantity. machine warranty usually 1 year guarantee, if cordless tools,for battery usually 3 months guarantee. but for now, we did not have got bad feedback from our customers. we will assist you to make the after service good if there are bad issues.
